Great location in a quiet area near two underground stations, just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good selection and was delicious.

I had an amazing time staying here. This place is in a good area next to Hyde park situated in a quiet neighbourhood without traffic. The staff here are very polite and have put customer service high on the list. The amenities were superb with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, laundry, and a business centre. The rooms were soundproof, providing a relaxed atmosphere, and the air conditioning was excellent. Also, the reception was open 24-hours with staff always willing to help.
I recommend this venue to family and friends.

Located near the park, this hotel provides a peaceful escape away from the busier sights. Guests can enjoy being close to Paddington station as well as the lush greenery of Hyde Park and Kensington gardens. The rooms are spacious, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and courteous, and the breakfast is a satisfying start to the day.
The hotel lacks soundproofing, which may be an issue for light sleepers.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the tube and bus stop. It was convenient for getting around the city. the hotel was modern and clean, which added to the overall pleasant ambiance.
The room we were assigned was very small, which would be fine for a short overnight stay but not suitable for longer trips. It was also disappointing to find that there was no wardrobe in the room, even though it was listed on the hotel's website.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Hyde Park and the museums. We were really surprised with the complimentary breakfast served until 11am with a variety of options. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and accommodating. we highly recommend this hotel.
